Submit a Classified Advertisement

Classified Advertisements are those advertisements published in the classified section of the newspaper listed under various classifications (including Family Notices,Situations Vacant, Public Notices, Lost & Found, Entertainment, Bargain Tuesday and more).

Booking a Classified Advertisement:

1. Submit Details: Submit details of your advertisement to us via email at classgisborne@nzme.co.nz or by using the form below.
2. Price Advised: We will respond via email with the price and on request, a proof of the advertisement.
3. Payment: You will receive payment details on your proof email. The advert must be prepaid either via internet banking or using Visa or Debit card (for security reasons this cannot be done via email).

Note: As no payment is required for Bargain Tuesday adverts, step 2 and 3 do not apply. Your advertisement will be published, subject to conditions, as supplied in the next available Tuesday edition of the newspaper.

Booking Deadlines:

1. For Classified Advertisements (excluding Family Notices) bookings, copy and prepayment (if applicable) are required before 2pm on the working day prior to publication date.
2. For Family Notices bookings, copy and pre-payment (if applicable) are required before 3pm on the working day prior to publication date.
